The Minnesota Federal Judge granted our Upper Peninsula Sportsmen Alliance's Motion to Participate as Amicus.  She also granted similar motions made by the Minnesota DNR, the Safari Club and the NRA.

Based on the 1992 revision of the federal wolf recovery plan and the 1997 State wolf recovery & management plan, on behalf of the sportsmen and women in the U.P. who use and recreate in the outdoors. This motion will be in an Amicus Curaie, “friend of the court” status to support the law-suit filed in Minnesota in April.

Such a venture will depend on the sportsmen & women in the U.P. helping to support this cause by monetary donations. All donations will be placed in the UPSA defense fund.
